🔐 Privacy Policy – Warehouse Toolbox

JazzCreateGames (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Warehouse Toolbox mobile application (“the app”) handles information and how third-party services used by the app may process data.

🟦 Information We Collect

JazzCreateGames does not receive, remotely store, maintain, or transmit personal information entered into Warehouse Toolbox.

Some features allow users to enter information that may identify an individual, including an employee name, company name and employee number. This information is processed locally on the user’s device for the requested feature.

The app’s warehouse tools, calculations, barcode and QR code generation, label generation, Safety Awareness modules, report generation and visualisation features are primarily processed locally on your device.

We do not operate our own analytics or user-tracking service within the app.

Third-party services used by the app, including Google Play Billing and Google AdMob, may process certain information as described below.

🟦 Barcode and QR Code Tools

Warehouse Toolbox includes tools that allow you to create, scan, display, save and use barcodes and QR codes.

Information entered or scanned using these tools is processed locally on your device by the app.

Warehouse Toolbox does not upload scanned barcode or QR code contents to JazzCreateGames servers.

You are responsible for the information you choose to encode into a barcode or QR code. You should avoid placing sensitive or confidential information into codes that you intend to share with others.

🟦 Camera Access

Warehouse Toolbox may request permission to use your device’s camera when you choose to use barcode or QR code scanning features.

Camera access is used to detect and read supported codes.

JazzCreateGames does not remotely access your camera. Camera images used for scanning are not uploaded to or stored on JazzCreateGames servers.

Camera access is only required when using features that depend on scanning.

🟦 Barcode Labels and User-Entered Information

Warehouse Toolbox can generate warehouse labels containing information you provide, such as location names, levels, identifiers, barcode values and other label text.

This information is processed locally on your device for the purpose of creating the requested labels or codes.

JazzCreateGames does not receive or remotely store the contents of your generated labels.

🟦 Safety Awareness and Completion Reports

Warehouse Toolbox includes Safety Awareness modules containing illustrated lessons and knowledge-check questions.

After completing a module, users may optionally enter information to create a completion report. This may include:

• Employee name

• Company name

• Employee number

• Safety module title and identifier

• Module version and review date

• Questions answered and correct answers

• Assessment score and suggested pass score

• Assessment result

• Report completion date and time

This information is processed locally on the device and used only to generate the requested completion report.

JazzCreateGames does not automatically receive, upload or remotely store employee details, assessment answers, assessment results or completion reports.

Generated PDF reports are stored locally on the device. If you choose to share a report, it is transferred using your device’s sharing features to the application or service you select. The selected third-party application or service will handle the report according to its own privacy policy.

You should only enter employee information when you have the appropriate authority or permission to do so.

Warehouse Toolbox Safety Awareness modules provide general safety awareness only. Completion reports are not formal qualifications or proof of workplace competency and do not replace employer-provided training, risk assessments, supervision, practical instruction or competency assessment.

🟦 File Handling and Exports

Some Warehouse Toolbox features allow you to select, generate, save, export or share files, reports and images.

Where supported:

• Files you select are processed locally on your device.

• Generated images, labels, reports and other exports are saved locally to your device.

• Warehouse Toolbox does not automatically upload these files to JazzCreateGames.

• Files are shared only when you choose to use a sharing or export feature.

If you choose to share an exported file, sharing is performed using your device’s available sharing features and the application or service you select.

Any third-party application or service you choose when sharing content is governed by that service’s own privacy practices.

🟦 In-App Purchases

Warehouse Toolbox offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features and removes applicable advertising.

Purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

JazzCreateGames does not collect or store your payment card details or other financial information.

Google may process information relating to your purchase, such as transaction and purchase-history information, in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.

🟦 Advertising – Google AdMob

Warehouse Toolbox uses Google AdMob to display advertisements in applicable free sections of the app.

Google AdMob may collect or process information such as:

• Device and operating-system information

• Advertising identifiers

• Advertising interactions, including ad impressions and clicks

• Diagnostic and performance information

• Other information used by Google to provide, measure, secure or personalise advertising where permitted

This information is processed by Google under its own policies and is not directly collected or stored by JazzCreateGames.

Ads are displayed only in applicable free sections of Warehouse Toolbox. Purchasing Warehouse Toolbox Premium removes applicable non-rewarded advertising in accordance with the features of that purchase.

🟦 Device Permissions

Depending on the features you use and your version of Android, Warehouse Toolbox may request access to device features such as:

• Camera – to scan barcodes or QR codes.

• Files, photos or media – where required by your Android version to select, save, export or share supported files and generated content.

Permissions are used only to provide the related app functionality.

You can manage app permissions through your Android device settings. Refusing a permission may prevent the related feature from working but will not prevent you from using features that do not require that permission.

🟦 Data Sharing

JazzCreateGames does not sell your personal information.

Warehouse Toolbox does not automatically send user-entered warehouse data, employee details, Safety Awareness answers or results, completion reports, scanned code contents, generated barcode contents, QR code contents or generated labels to JazzCreateGames servers.

When you intentionally share an exported file, label, barcode, QR code or PDF report, the content is provided to the third-party application or service you select through your device’s sharing features.

Third-party services integrated into the app, including Google AdMob and Google Play Billing, may process information necessary to provide their respective services in accordance with their own privacy policies.

🟦 Data Retention

Because JazzCreateGames does not operate servers that receive your warehouse calculations, employee details, Safety Awareness answers, completion reports, scanned codes, generated codes or label contents, we do not retain this information remotely.

Locally saved content, including favourite codes, generated labels and Safety Awareness PDF reports, remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app’s data, uninstall the app or it is otherwise removed through your device’s storage management.

Deleting or uninstalling the app may remove locally stored information, depending on the type of content and where it was saved.

Third-party services may retain information according to their own policies.

🟦 Children’s Privacy

Warehouse Toolbox is designed as a warehouse and logistics utility and is not intended for children under the age of 13.

JazzCreateGames does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

🟦 Third-Party Services

Warehouse Toolbox uses services provided by Google, including Google Play services associated with app distribution and purchases and Google AdMob for advertising.

The handling of information by these services is governed by Google’s applicable privacy policies and terms.

🟦 Security

Warehouse Toolbox is designed to process its core warehouse information locally on your device.

However, no device, application or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for choosing appropriate applications and services when sharing exported content.

You should avoid entering confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information into labels, codes or reports.

🟦 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Warehouse Toolbox changes or when legal, platform or third-party service requirements change.

Any updated version will be published on this page with an updated effective or revised date.

You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically for changes.
